The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) on Tuesday, April 1 launched a jersey design competition giving Kenyan creeatives and designers a chance to design the Harambee Stars' national football team's next jersey.

"The Football Kenya Federation is happy to invite interested and eligible creatives and designers to participate in the Federation's 2025 Jersey Design Competition. This Competition aims to offer creatives a unique opportunity to be part of our national football teams' journey as they aim to represent the nation at the international stage," announced FKF in part in a statement.

For this round of designs, the Federation seeks to tap into Kenya's cultural or national significance, though it emphasized that the base design colours should, however reflect Kenya's national flag colours: Black, White, Red or Green.

This, the federation explained, will ensure that the jerseys maintain fidelity to the nationally recognized colours which have deed significance for the nation.
