Govt Closes Nick Mwendwa’s Case



A court ruling delivered on Thursday, November 25 revealed that the government closed Mwendwa’s file.

Embattled Football Kenya Federation (FKF) President Nick Mwendwa has scored a major victory as the state closed his file in a graft case he was facing.

A court ruling delivered on Thursday, November 25 revealed that the government closed Mwendwa’s file.

Additionally, the court ordered for Mwendwa to be refunded the cash bail of Ksh4 million he deposited to secure his release.

The government on Wednesday, November 16 was given an ultimatum of one week to prosecute Mwendwa, failure to which his case would be closed.
