The government of Brazil has honoured Prophet David Owuor with a luxury private jet which he will use to facilitate his gospel mission.

Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro State Deputy Rosenverg Reis announced on Saturday, February 10, as the State expressed gratitude for his dedication to spreading the gospel and the transformative power of Jesus.

"We have decided as a State to honour him with a high-end Lear Business Jet 45 from Bombardier Aerospace Manufacturers to facilitate his gospel mission," stated Reis.

Lear 45 Features

The Lear 45 Small Jet is a small executive jet manufactured by Bombardier Aerospace's Learjet Inc. between 1995 and 2013.

Its first flight was on October 7, 1995, with deliveries commencing in January 1998. Production ran until 2013 with a total of 642 jets delivered.

The cabin measures 19.8 feet long by 5.1 feet wide by 4.9 feet tall giving it a total cabin volume of 375 cubic feet. The dimensions make it comfortable for eight passengers, with a maximum configuration seating of nine.

The baggage compartment can hold up to nine bags, assuming one's average piece of luggage is less than five cubic feet.

On the outside, the aircraft has a length of 17.68 m (58 ft 0 in) and a height of 4.30 m (14 ft 1 in)

The Lear 45 has a maximum range (subject to headwinds, high altitude, hot temperatures, or higher capacity) of 2,099 miles (3,378.013 km) and a maximum speed of 535 mph (861 km/hr), cruising at 804 km/hr.

In aircraft terms, this is a speed of 463 knots and Mach 0.81, very close to the speed of sound at Mach 1, and the aircraft can climb 4,000 feet per minute. 

The jet comes with swivel seats that can recline into work tables. It also has pressure relief ports, noise level reduction, and temperature control for a smoother journey.

Common names and abbreviations include Lear 45, LR45, LR-45, and Learjet 45. The jet is used for civil transportation by Ireland (Ryanair), Argentina (Santiago del Estero Government), Morocco (Medi Business Jet), Italy (Sirio), El Salvador (Government of El Salvador) and the United Kingdom (Gama).

Others include Montenegro (Government of Montenegro), Turkey (Redstar Aviation), Mexico (FlyMex), Iran (The Eghtesad Family), and Luxembourg (Luxembourg Air Rescue). It also has military operations in Peru (Peru Air Force) and Ireland (Irish Air Corps).

Price

The aircraft ranges between Ksh243 million to Ksh487 million and can take off as well as land on short runways, making it ideal for personal and professional trips. Learjet 45 is thus a top choice for style, function, advanced tech, and safety features.

At the same time, Reis invited Prophet Owuor for a mega gospel crusade same time in 2025 in Brazil.
