Homeboyz Radio presenter, Lotan Salapei, announced on Tuesday, April 4 that he joined SuperSport TV, a South African-based giant which is the continent's go-to channel for all things sports, including in Kenya.

The presenter, who hosts two shows namely The Boyz Club with Kerry Martin and HBR Fanzone alongside Eric Njiru, took to social media to announce that he was joining the TV station's 'All Access Crew' show.

This is a sports news and features show which takes viewers behind the scenes in various clubs around the world, and will see Lotan travelling to different locations to share his experiences with audiences.

"Some personal news now, You heard it here first! I am so excited to announce that I am officially part of the Supersport TV ALL ACCESS CREW and I can’t wait to bring you along on the journey!" Lotan exclaimed.

Besides the behind-the-scenes tours of some of the biggest football clubs in the world, the show will also cover what happens behind the scenes in various show productions and will see him meet players and tell their stories, which do not make it past the changing rooms.

Lotan and other presenters on All Access Crew will also feature sports icon and their influence on various societies.

He will also be expected to cover major tournaments including the Africa Cup of Nations and the FIFA Women's World Cup among other upcoming global competitions.

It will also see him continue from his trips to London, where he paid a visit to Arsenal's training camp to meet several players including Thomas Partey and at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge where he watched the Blues win 1-0 over Leeds United.

Lotan's move to Supersport TV marks a significant achievement in his career as a journalist. His work at Homeboyz Radio has earned him a reputation as a competent and reliable sports presenter.

He revealed in a past interview that he quit a well-paying job in Rwanda to start his media career in Kenya. In Rwanda, he worked for a humanitarian organisation.

"I was doing Human Rights for an organization in Rwanda. I was the country's lead for the organization.

"I always wanted to be in media and In December 2017, I quit my job and came back to Kenya on January 4, 2018, and started finding a way out to be on air. Homeboyz took a chance on me and I'm here," the staunch Manchester City fan said then.
