I'll Father Amber Ray's Child, Breakup Or Not- Kennedy Rapudo

Businessman Kennedy Rapudo was on Wednesday, March 29 forced to break his silence on two separate occasions after socialite Faith Makau, alias Amber Ray, rattled social media with a post hinting at fresh troubles in their relationship.

Four months since Rapudo proposed to Amber during their two-day layover in Dubai, the soon-to-be mother of Rapudo's child wrote on her Instagram stories stating "A new day to start as a single mother of two…" and added the hashtag "#Donewithlove."

In addition, spot checks by Viral Tea on both their Instagram accounts indicated that they unfollowed each other, even though this is a common tactic by celebrities to prevent their gossip-hungry fans from keeping tabs on them.

Rapudo reacted to the statement by revealing that the truth surrounding their rumoured breakup will come to light.

"Kenyans with conclusions. The baby is mine and I'll take care of it with/out a breakup.

"I've never shied away from parental duties," he stated.

Before the dust could settle, Amber termed a witchhunt against her and threatened to spill private details of their breakup in defence of ex-lovers "tarnishing her name".

"There is a habit of when men leave from my life they run to social media and start tarnishing my name and I've always kept quiet and their secrets till to date… but I'm tired now.

"If any of my exes (friends or boyfriends) comes for me, just know I'm willing to go to hell and come back! This time I will fight for myself!"

It was earlier this month that Amber Ray hosted a gender reveal party, with events leading up to it composed of a chopper ride to the venue for her as well as a billboard along the streets of Nairobi to announce her gender reveal party set for Saturday, March 11.

In the billboard, Amber posed holding her bulging belly with writing; "Is it a boy or a girl?", an announcement coming after she and her fiance Kennedy Rapudo announced they were expecting their first child together on January 4, 2023, later revealed to be a girl.

The two lovebirds who have one kid each from their previous relationships got engaged in Dubai in November 2022 after their return to Nairobi from Mauritius was interrupted by the Kenya Airways pilots' strike in November.

The last time they parted ways was on Wednesday, August 24, but they would get back together two months later during their visit to Amber's parents.

The socialite's relentless pursuit of love, be it genuine or not, has seen her date four men in 2022 alone, adding to a jaw-dropping list of ex-boyfriends who have obsessed over her and those who have moved on without drama.

Amber, who hails from Machakos is famous for switching between men, with some of her relationships ending within weeks. She has had lovers in the past that have witnessed a lot of unnecessary drama on social media and while the men that date her become the laughing stock, her carefree character only makes her look for another almost immediately after breaking up.
