Kenyan digital news and multimedia website TUKO.co.ke has been ranked as one of the top ten publishers on Facebook across the world.

The new rating comes after Kenya's number 1 News and Entertainment website reached over 10 Million engagements on Facebook in just one month, according to a statement by TUKO.co.ke sent to Viral Tea's newsdesk.

This acclamation as the 7th most prestigious publisher on Facebook for June 2022 places TUKO.co.ke in the big leagues as it competes with globally acclaimed publishers; DailyMail.uk, Legit.ng, Mirror.co.uk, BBC.co.uk, CNN.com and Dailywire.com. , who were all ranked as top ten publishers according to data provided by Newswhip Analytics.

The website, a partner of Legit global consumer Internet company, is the only Kenyan media brand to have received such recognition and only comes second to its sister company, Legit.ng, which was ranked second worldwide.
