Former Machachari TV series actor Tyler Mbaya, famously known as Baha, on Thursday, July 27 abruptly ended an interview on the phone with Milele FM radio presenter, Ankali Ray.

It all began when Ankali reached out to the former thespian, expressing his excitement at finally engaging him in the live interview.

Ankali had sought to establish details regarding Mbaya's personal life as well as ascertain the relationship status with his former girlfriend, Georgina Njenga.

However, just before the presenter could pose his first question, Mbaya snapped back at him, warning him against poking into personal matters even if for the purposes of the audience.

"Manze maisha ya watu achana nayo babaa. Baba, you need to stop this (Bro, leave people's lives alone, you need to stop this)," Tyler sharply responded.

Despite the warning, Ankali proceeded to ask about Mbaya's relationship with Njenga, seeking his side of the story regarding whether it was indeed true that they had parted ways or they were still together.

"Wewe na shemshem wetu Georgina mko pamoja ama mmeachana mzee mzima Baha? Tunataka kujua tu hiyo (Are you and your girlfriend Georgina still together or have you parted ways? We just want to know that)," Ankali questioned.

Mbaya immediately hung up the call and left Ankali talking to himself, leaving followers curious regarding his stance following Njenga's announcement that they had parted ways on Thursday, July 13.

Many believe that Mbaya's silence about the matter was a way of avoiding commenting on the matter publicly with the potential of worsening the situation, but others believed that the couple could be using the split as a clout-chasing tactic.

The breakup sparked waves of reactions on Twitter as well as diverse opinions, especially after Njenga shared on his Instagram stories that she got matching tattoos with her new man, whose identity at the time of publication remains a mystery.

"A lot of you guys are asking this question. This is the last time I'm gonna (going to) answer. 

"We broke up, I'm in a new relationship with my new man!" she exclaimed in response to the breakup on the social media platform.

Tyler Mbaya and Georgina Njenga's love story began in 2020 when they met and eventually moved in together.

Despite the relationship's swift progression, their bond appeared strong initially. Georgina took the initiative to introduce Baha as her boyfriend to her family, indicating the seriousness of their commitment.

The couple was admired for their genuine affection for each other, inspiring envy among many. Their joy was amplified when they welcomed their daughter, Astra Kamau.
