The 58-year-old was last spotted walking through a parking lot. He was wearing a blue shirt with the Scotland flag on the sleeve and casual shorts, which indicates that he was likely handling routine tasks before he went missing.
The footage shows Scott, a native of Dunfermline, Fife, holding several items while his glasses rest on his head. He disappeared a few hours after the recording, and his associate reported him missing later that day.

Witnesses report that Scott, a senior director at the credit scoring company FICO, had been socializing at various pubs and clubs in the hours before he went missing, appearing to be in good spirits.
He also attended a business conference at a renowned hotel in Westlands, Nairobi. When he failed to return, his colleagues became concerned and raised the alarm. The conference was set to last several days.
On the morning he disappeared, he went for a walk around 11:15 a.m. He was scheduled to give a presentation at the conference, but when he failed to appear, his friends became worried—especially after multiple calls between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on February 17 went unanswered.
Days later, herders in Makueni made a grim discovery—his body, wrapped in a sack, in Makongo Forest—about 96 kilometres from where he was last seen.
Initially, there was uncertainty about whether the body belonged to the missing 58-year-old. Notably, the body was severely decomposed, indicating that Scott may have died hours or even days before being discovered.
His hands and legs were tied with a green nylon rope, indicating that he may have been killed elsewhere before his body was dumped in the forest in Makueni County. Authorities retrieved the body and transported it to Nairobi for identification, where it was confirmed to be that of Campbell Scott.
A taxi driver and a waiter were taken into custody for questioning in connection with the disappearance and eventual death of the Briton.
FICO, his parent company, has since confirmed his death in a statement, requesting privacy as investigations continue.
"FICO can confirm that Nairobi police have identified the body of Campbell Scott, a FICO employee. Campbell went missing last Sunday while on a business trip to Nairobi. We are not sharing further details, as the investigation is in the hands of the police," the statement read.
Meanwhile, a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of his death is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25.
