Coca-Cola has launched a nationwide campaign to distribute its 200ml glass bottle at an affordable price of Ksh20, ensuring more Kenyans can enjoy their favourite beverage without financial strain.

The campaign kicked off in Naivasha ahead of the 2025 WRC Safari Rally, where residents got a taste of the 200ml Coca-Cola, served in the brand’s iconic returnable glass bottle.

The initiative has since expanded to other counties, including Baringo and Nairobi, with Coca-Cola representatives engaging consumers and celebrating the affordability of the 200ml Coke, Fanta, and Sprite.

Over the next three months, the campaign will extend to all 47 counties, reaching consumers in villages and towns alike. Coca-Cola representatives will interact with customers to highlight the nostalgic charm and accessibility of the returnable glass bottle.

“For me, a cold Coke is the perfect way to relax, especially when I’m stressed. I’m grateful that I can now buy it for just Ksh20 at my local shop,” said Job Ajusha, a Naivasha resident.

As part of the initiative, Coca-Cola is also emphasizing the significance of the returnable glass bottle through the campaign "Irresistible in Glass," celebrating the timeless appeal of enjoying Coca-Cola in its classic packaging.

“I’m glad that Coca-Cola beverages are now available for just Ksh20, especially at a time when many Kenyans are facing economic challenges,” said Mercy Nyambura, another Naivasha resident.

Elvis Tuyizere, a Burundian visitor in Naivasha for the Safari Rally, expressed his admiration for the 200ml Coke, saying, “I wish we had this in my country—it’s refreshing and helps re-energize when tired.”

More than just a drink, Coca-Cola’s returnable glass bottle has been a cultural icon in Kenya for generations. Its distinctive taste and nostalgic appeal evoke memories of shared moments with family and friends. Whether enjoyed ice-cold or at room temperature, it continues to unite communities with its refreshing flavour and classic design.

Through this campaign, Coca-Cola is not just offering an affordable beverage but reinforcing its legacy of connection, community, and joy—one bottle at a time.
