BNI Kenya, the local chapter of the world’s largest business networking organization, is set to host a high-impact business growth conference under the bold theme “How to Make Money Without Selling.”

The event will be headlined by globally acclaimed coach and trainer Phil Berg, and will take place on April 25, 2025, at Pride Inn Conference Centre, Nairobi.

Open to both BNI members and non-members, the conference aims to shift how entrepreneurs and professionals approach business development, focusing on relationships over hard-selling tactics. The event is expected to draw business owners, thought leaders, and ambitious professionals from across Kenya.

Phil Berg, a top-tier international business coach, brings with him decades of experience training entrepreneurs in over 30 countries. Known for his practical, energetic sessions filled with humor and real-world insights, Berg empowers professionals to build meaningful networks, boost confidence, and grow businesses through trust-based referrals, not aggressive sales.

“This is more than just a business conference—it’s a mindset shift,” said Elizaphan Muraguri, National Director of BNI Kenya. “We’re excited to bring Phil to Kenya for the first time. His strategies will give attendees fresh tools to grow their businesses through authentic relationships rather than sales pressure.”

Muraguri emphasized that the event aligns perfectly with BNI’s mission. “BNI is a proven system that removes the anxiety around selling. This platform shows entrepreneurs how to build strong, trusted networks that produce real, measurable results.”

At the heart of the conference lies a simple but powerful message: You don’t have to sell to grow. Through strategic connections, structured referrals, and value-driven relationships, professionals can unlock new business opportunities without cold calls or pushy tactics.

“This isn’t just a learning experience—it’s a chance for non-members to witness BNI’s powerful referral-based networking model in action,” added Muraguri.

With a global presence in 75+ countries and over 300,000 members, BNI operates on the principle of “Givers Gain”—helping others grow as a pathway to personal business success.

The upcoming event marks a major milestone in BNI Kenya’s ongoing mission to equip local entrepreneurs with tools, networks, and strategies to thrive in a competitive economy.
