A Kenyan man named Robbie Mediskah Njama has threatened to sue former Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko, who accused him of leaking steamy viral videos and photos of Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) Millicent Omanga.

Sonko had revisited the death of the late blogger Kohadha Roy Ogolla who died in a road accident in 2013, which his colleagues claimed was staged. He rose to prominence after posting contentious photoshopped images of Sonko and former Nairobi County Woman Representative Rachel Shebesh.

The governor claimed that, just as the late Kohadha died after his photoshopped images were leaked, the same could happen to the man behind the explicit pictures of Omanga.

"The late Roy Kohadha who leaked my photoshopped photos with Shebs died in a fatal road accident in Rongai even this bugger Peter Noel Msangi who intends to spill more juicy videos and photos of our CAS will soon meet his fate wait and see," Sonko wrote.

Mediskah in a statement on his Facebook page dated Wednesday, April 19 however faulted the former county boss for spreading false information by claiming that he was the one behind the leaked content and would face the consequences.

"I was brought to attention last night that Mike Sonko Mbuvi, the former Nairobi County Governor had put up a tweet on his Twitter account that had my image with the current CAS Interior Millicent Omanga insinuating that I am a Tanzanian national who is behind the recently uploaded photos and videos of CAS Millicent.

"I hereby choose to address the narrative as a defamation of character because the two photos date back to 2017-2019. Sonko has gone further to claim that I am liable for his 'photoshopped' photos with Hon Racheal Shebesh in association with another character who is now late," he wrote in part.

Mediskah argued that the story can be ruled out by people who know him personally and hold him in high regard as a fallacy, further vowing to ensure that Sonko pays for his actions of spreading misinformation.

"As a person who enjoys his rights in this land, I am not going to let this slide and Mike Sonko has to answer my questions because honestly apart from damaging my image so far, it has been a psychological nightmare for me and to those who are close to me.

"Using my images to tarnish my name is not only draining but also wrong. I am a young man with a bright future ahead and such a narrative can be detrimental to any move that I make in future," he added.

He nonetheless thanked his followers for raising the matter with him as well as messages of encouragement through what he termed as a tough time, further encouraging Omanga to stay strong through the saga.

Sonko at the same time revealed that his independent fact checks showed that the video that went viral was downloaded from a pornography website further vowing to expose the culprits who leaked the clip.

This is however a change of tune from his deleted statement on the matter, claiming that Omanga had called him while on official duty and informed him that she had a stomach problem, prompting the former county boss to intervene to resolve the issue.

"We briefly spoke and she told me she had a running and bloated stomach and I advised her to take club soda or salt and hot water then lie on her stomach all night. Here she seems to be following the instructions I gave, innocently lying on her stomach resting after a long day of tree planting and working for this country that she loves so much.

"She even took the extra piece of advice where I told her to make sure she is ‘free’ so that she can pass gas in that position. Even as you can see from the photo the bedsheets are still well spread, clearly showing that no vigorous activity had taken place," he claimed on Monday, April 17.

Earlier on Wednesday, Nairobi Women Representative, Esther Passaris condemned the leaking of intimate videos and photos of men and women on the Internet without their consent, terming the unauthorized release of private photos as a violation of people's privacy with the intent of humiliating them in front of the public eye.

She added that the shame had a ripple effect as it not only affected those who allegedly leaked Omanga's video but the entire society profiting from the destruction of one's character.

Passaris, who defeated Omanga in the race to defend her seat in the 2022 general elections, further called for resistance on the matter by Kenyans and bringing the perpetrators to book in a bid to tame the vice.
