Vera Sidika Cancels Surgery After Pregnancy With Second Child

Kenyan socialite, Vera Sidika has revealed that she is expecting her second child with her husband, Brown Mauzo.

In a statement on Monday, December 19, Sidika confirmed that the incoming bundle of joy will serve as a sibling to her daughter, Asia Brown.

Though not revealing the gender of the unborn baby, the socialite revealed that she found out that she was pregnant for the second time as she was about to undergo a breast surgery procedure.

At four and a half months, she had to cancel her trip to a destination she did not mention to cherish the feeling of being pregnant.

"Sweethearts, Asia’s sibling is on the way!!! God had plans for our little family to grow bigger. Imagine we Discovered at four and a half months just when I was about to go for my breast enlargement surgery.

"I had to cancel my trip and embrace our little miracle. I’ve learnt that being pregnant means every day is another day closer to meeting the other love of our life," she wrote.

She thanked Mauzo for blessing her with the bundle of joy, adding that she is now seven months into the pregnancy.

"Thanks to hubby Brown Mauzo for this blessing and shooting babies every year. Today, we’re officially seven months pregnant. Super happy that Asia gets a sibling she’ll grow with. BFFs loading," she wrote.

Sidika drew sharp criticism after making her followers believe she had undergone a medical procedure to reduce the size of her iconic buttocks, only to release a music video.

The song released on YouTube on Friday evening, October 7 came after she promised to share the second part of her supposed Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) reversal, only to leave a foul taste in Kenyans' mouths by showing off her still-intact behind.

The video showed her rapping about how she is still relevant in the industry and still making money from her ventures. It features a host of other women, her security guards and the socialite dressed in a leopard-spotted body suit accentuating her curves.

Viral Tea established that Sidika photoshopped the picture of her reduced behind that went viral on Wednesday, October 5 across the country and the East African region.

Her latest move did not go down well with some of her followers who sharply criticised her for using a very sensitive topic to chase clout.

The heated criticism did not deter Sidika’s husband Brown Mauzo, from labelling her as the biggest female artiste thanks to her latest stunt which has been used by a number of celebrities to increase their numbers in a digital space.

Meanwhile plans are already underway for Sidika to walk down the aisle with Mauzo at the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024.
