How lucky must one be to see your predictions come to life, even though it is after some time? That's what happened to KBC business anchor Cynthia Nyamai when he predicted William Ruto's eventual victory in the August 9, 2022, general elections.

Nyamai shared an excerpt of a message she sent to Ruto on January 18, 2019 detailing a prophecy whereby she envisioned a Ruto victory in the 2022 elections against his rivalling candidate, Raila Odinga.

She had just completed her Easter fast at the time when God had revealed to her that he would be the one to succeed outgoing President Uhuru Kenyatta as Kenya's fifth president, a historic event in the country.

“Your Excellency, I hope you are well. I call you that because I have just finished the Easter fast and the lord revealed to me that you are the next president of Kenya.

"You were born for such a time as this. Never doubt that. Your assignment is bigger than just a country. Yours is divine. Deliver the nation to God. Call for a nationwide fast and lead it that the people including you repent," she wrote to Ruto.

She took to Instagram on Sunday, August 22 to detail her sentiments, noting that she was harassed online by unknown individuals, whom she has since forgiven.

"In the election aftermath, I have personally received attacks on Instagram, calls and texts with various accusations. I forgive you all. It is indeed an emotional time for some and some did not know what we were doing praying for the nation.

"It is well. However, I have come to realize that some people don’t understand the times we are living in let alone what the prophetic is about," she explained.

Nyamai further branded herself as a government prophet and seer, whom God trusted with the messages to deliver.

She added that the prophecy was specific to the task assigned to Kenya and Africa, terming the former as a leader in the revival of other African countries.

"There is no way I would have seen this in 2019, were it not for God. Therefore, I cannot boast and I also ask the Church not to gloat. There are dire consequences if we try to share in God’s glory.

"Please note, that the prophetic Word that I shared with the President-Elect is specific and is aligned to Kenya and Africa's assignment. Kenya is the Springboard of Revival for the nations. Four other nations have been called into this mandate including Uganda, South Africa, Ghana and Nigeria," she added.

Nyamai further pointed out that the major error dogging the country is a lack of honour to the leaders, to families, spouses, children and The God-appointed offices of the fivefold, calling on Kenyans to build a culture of honour and exude it as a truly healed nation.

She further called upon Kenyans to honour and celebrate Raila for his sacrifices and the price he has paid to open the Democratic space in Kenya. Currently, he has filed his petition to the Supreme Court to invalidate Ruto's election.

Nyamai, who is a Public Relations (PR) guru on the Kenyan market, has worked with different Presidents among them President Kenyatta, Uganda’s Yoweri Museveni, and Nigeria’s Muhammadu Buhari.
