Ever wonder how beauty entrepreneur and Marini Naturals Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Michelle Ntalami maintains the attractive figure common among women in their 20s and early 30s, at the age of 38 years old?

In her latest Instagram post on Tuesday, April 18, Ntalami disclosed that she included fitness and healthy living into her lifestyle 13 years ago, which from Viral Tea's calculations, meant that she started shaping up her figure at the age of 25.

However, she divulged that it was less than easy and on several occasions, she has had to take breaks but returned to continue where she began.

"It’s been 13 years of incorporating fitness and healthy living into my life. 13 years guys! Though several times of course I’ve gone on and off, I always get right back on track," she wrote in part.

She then shared three ways she has managed to maintain her healthy lifestyle and the irresistible curves that have gone viral for months, stunning both genders by showcasing her God-given physique mainly on Instagram and Twitter.

This has seen her become one of those popular icons whom women would love to be and probably date; if they are LGBTQ+ members; and men would fight the queer community for female-identifying persons to date as well.

Because her fans come from both sides of the divide and various age groups, her advice included men and women in their 20s and her peers aged 30 and above.

"To those in their 20’s, start early. Your body will thank you later for it. And you will probably have the benefit of looking like you’re still in your twenties for 2 decades.

"To my 30+ and older, let’s keep going! Fitness is a long game. We fall, we fail, and we get right back up! Or at least we hope we can, right after them burpees," she added.

For the women, the beauty entrepreneur continued by urging ladies to work on their bodies as much as they work hard to earn their own money and to never take good health for granted.

"To my ladies, work on your body as much as you work on your face and your bag. Good health is everything.

"Never take it for granted. Y’all already know my 4F formula for self; fit, fly, feminine, and financially free," she concluded.

With looks like hers, many would assume she has a man somewhere. However, for years, it wasn't really established which team she played for considering her penchant for posting thirst trap photos of herself on her social media pages.

She has been through a nasty breakup with they/them, which she opened up on during countless interviews, but she did apparently settle on her sexual orientation which excited men across the country.

“There is nothing to hide about my sexuality, I have addressed it before on my social platforms. I am androsexual. The term is androsexual or an androphile – meaning that I am attracted to men or masculine energy. Yeah, it’s as simple as that.

"The men can shoot their shots because they are within the bracket of what I am attracted to. Ladies, they assume that that’s the only what I like and that’s not the case. I am attracted to men and masculine energy and I have been very open about that in recent years,” Ntalami explained on Wednesday, January 11 during an interview with Ankali Ray on Milele FM.

In January 2023, the term 'androsexual' became a trend on Twitter alongside 'Michelle Ntalami', who also reprimanded former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko who sensationally claimed that she had romantic relations with slain model and LGBTQ activist Edwin Chiloba.

According to the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), an American non-governmental media monitoring organization, androsexual is a term people may use to describe those who are primarily attracted to perceived masculinity, either sexually, aesthetically, or romantically.

As the term androsexual is relatively new, it can mean something different to different people. Some consider it to mean having an attraction to more masculine or male expressions, while others believe it can mean having an attraction to people who identify as nonbinary.

“I’m trending, but that ain’t nothing new. Yaani I’ve single-handedly made a whole word go viral in the entire country? Says a lot about me! It must be the most Googled word by Kenyans today.

"Y’all owe me for that one though! If ever you hear “Androsexual’ in your lifetime, feel free to think of me in any and all ways,” Ntalami wrote on Thursday, January 12.
