British afroswing rap group NSG consisting of Kruddz, OGD, Papii Abz, Dope, Mxjib, and Mojo are in a social media collision with Instagram influencer Elodie Zone who called them out for allegedly harassing and insulting Kenyans during their visit to the country.

It all started on Friday, December 16 when Elodie took to her Instagram stories to expose them in an alleged altercation with staff working at a fast food restaurant in Westlands, Nairobi.

The Nyash hitmakers, who are set to perform at Diamond Plaza in Parklands tonight, were alleged to have caused a scene after being told to wait several times to be handed serviettes.

Elodie witnessed the whole events unfold while she was in a queue waiting to be served, revealing that one of the members had approached a female cashier and demanded to be given the serviettes.

"So I am at the petrol station right now and this has happened with NSG, so one of the members pulled up, mind you it is 2:30 am in the morning and he was trying to get tissues.

"The guy wanted to get tissues but the lady at the restaurant was serving a customer, me so she tells him to hold on a minute until she gets done and then get to him. But the guy goes off and starts screaming and shouting going, 'you Kenyans are stupid! You don't even know what you're doing, poor customer service and all. Like he was screaming in front of everyone," narrated the global trotting content creator.

She wondered why the NSG member was overly rude to the attendant who was being polite to him.

Elodie then decided to raise her voice and calm down the irate member who then walked to the vehicle, only to return with several other alleged members of the rap group who caused an even bigger scene.

"Unacceptable behaviour! Don't come to our country to insult our people just because you feel have some followers on the internet.

"The minute you started screaming and shouting at this kind lady working hard to earn her living it was unacceptable! Because you think you are overly important...." she started off before one of her friends interrupted her imitating the altercation.

Whilst the member kept demanding the cashier for the serviettes, Elodie found herself squarely against the other NSG members but was rescued by her friends and other Kenyans who moved to calm matters.

Elodie further exposed a 'short little man,' whom she claimed is an NSG member, for instigating all the drama. A separate video showed a shouting match inside the fast food outlet as surrounding people try to diffuse the situation.

"Kenyans please, we can not be letting these foreigners that we have put on a pedestal come to our country and disrespect us! They are here treating everyday regular people poorly and that is such disgusting behaviour, also going to get a bouncer to fight me? Disgusting!" Elodie said.

However, the group issued multiple tweets dismissing Elodie's claims that they disrespected Kenyans, affirming that they have respect for the country.

"People believe anything they see on social media it’s sad! How can you believe NSG members will come to Kenya and disrespect Kenyans in their own country like be for real? Out of the UK, this is probably one of the countries that support us and give us the most respect and we always reciprocate", they tweeted.

In yet another tweet, the popular group added; "The person said they have video evidence and in the video not a single NSG member in sight! Be for real. You hear a UK accent and automatically it’s an NSG member. Be careful of what you put out or know your facts before you speak this is defamation of character and that’s a crime."

They added by affirming that the rap group consists of six members, not seven, eight or five.

Despite not being known amongst a large number of Kenyans, many Twitter users demanded a boycott of the concert and for the group to be honest about what transpired, even as they are set to perform tonight. Other users seemed to fan the flames by announcing en masse that they are selling their tickets.
