Viral Kenyan TikToker, Gloria Ntazola, has now claimed that the unidentified Nairobi County Council askari officer, popularly known as a 'kanjo', had invaded her personal space to the point of trying to sexually harass her.

During an interview with Citizen Digital on Saturday, October 21, the 24-year-old revealed that the officer attempted to touch her while she drove through State House road following their altercation at the Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) captured on video which went viral across social media platforms.

She added that she was enraged at the officer allegedly invading her personal space in a seeming bid to diffuse the intense argument between the two, citing attempted assault on her part.

Ntazola disclosed that she had repeatedly reprimanded him for his actions but her words fell on the officer's deaf ears.

"He's trying to touch me and that is why I was shouting at him, like 'do not even touch me'. The moment you touch me, that is assault. First, you came inside my car without my permission, I asked you politely to leave my car and you refused.

"I'm trying to show you that this is wrong, you still touch me...no, it's not going to happen," she revealed, however clarifying that the officer was not violent towards her.

The TikToker who owns two businesses in the city defended her move to lock the officer in her car through lock systems that prevented him from escaping, in a bid to teach him a lesson regarding entering her vehicle without her consent, firing a warning shot to other kanjo officers notorious for bypassing the rights of Kenyans.

"I'm not a scared person, my dad drives me so well. I don't take BS (sic) from oppressors...if you want to oppress me, do it from the powers of the high most where we can't face each other directly. But if you come into my personal space and want to oppress me? I'll deal with you on a very personal level," she described her character.

Ntazola further recounted driving him through the Nairobi Expressway to Kitengela where she abandoned him to look for his own means of getting back to the CBD with his own money.

"It is the furthest you can drive (from Nairobi to Kitengela) so I opted for Kitengela because there is the Expressway...I didn't want to have problems along the road, I wanted him to have a very safe trip with me," she explained.

She further slammed the vile actions of the kanjo officers with many city residents complaining about their habits, including raids on multiple mayai smokie businesses in the city on the basis of not being in possession of health documents, as Viral Tea reported.

On losing her TikTok account after she shared the clip, Ntazola revealed that this was a result of violating Community Guidelines by using strong words, stating "The only word I'm very sorry I used is the 'dog' (umbwa) word because I was very triggered."

Regarding Nairobi Acting County Secretary Patrick Analo's accusation towards her of breaking the law by holding the officer against his will and driving him to Kitengela, Ntazola denied kidnapping the officer, further imploring Analo to establish how the Kanjo officer ended up inside her car in the first place.

"Kidnap is coming there, I find you seated in your peace, I grab you by force, I put you inside my car and I drive off. It is not you coming inside of this car by force, without my consent.

"I asked you several times to leave my car and you didn't leave, that is not kidnap...I was doing it out of self-defence," she defended, arguing that she was not scared of any future threats.

She also dismissed any future conversations with the officer in the event they crossed paths again, even as the Nairobi County government promised to take disciplinary action against the officer following the ordeal.
