Beauty entrepreneur and Marini Naturals Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Michelle Ntalami on Tuesday, September 5 celebrated a rare milestone in her life; that is 30 days since she decided to quit drinking alcohol.

In a lengthy Instagram statement, the sultry and curvaceous social media personality revealed that the bold move was not an easy one given that she also sought God's assistance to get her through her first month of sobriety.

Ntalami revealed that there are instances she wanted to quit drinking as she felt it was not matching up to her current lifestyle, though she outlined that she had no alcohol problems of any nature, not even addiction.

"I contemplated stopping alcohol for a while. To be clear, there was never any struggle or addiction to begin with. I simply felt that it wasn’t serving me anymore.

"For one, the feeling, places, spaces and people I’d take it with would most times leave me feeling more empty and drained, than happy and fulfilled, especially and ironically, during the tough times of my life. I needed to make space for better things," she narrated.

The 39-year-old affirmed that she was always the type to 'handle her liquor', something not many people were capable of.

Moreover, she was fed up with dealing with the drama or statements uttered by people and actions done by them unto others while under the influence, and the results of going sober for a month have worked in her favour.

"What has changed for the better since then? Clarity of mind, better wholistic health, better sleep, waking up fresh on weekends, more money saved, more energy, clearer skin, fuller hair, a drama-free life, more meaningful connections and conversations and above all, peace of mind, body and soul.

"We talk and flaunt the good habits we pick up. But let’s also be honest enough to share about dropping the habits that are not serving us," she remarked.

Ntalami believed that there are Kenyans who needed the encouragement to follow in her footsteps to quit drinking, appreciating those who take the step to choose better for themselves in any way, or even thinking of doing so.

"They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. I am loving this new habit, and I intend to keep it this way forever, so help me God.

"In the meantime, I am enjoying all the ‘looking younger and glowing skin’ compliments I’ve been getting," she added.

The Marini CEO has been undergoing a radical shift in her lifestyle as well as improving her intelligence and resilience which has seen her drive her beauty care line to one of the most successful companies in Africa.

Through habits such as healthy eating and fitness lifestyles, she has been able to not only make herself sexually appealing but also improve her irresistible body figure to a drop-dead gorgeous bombshell that one would only find among well-off women and those residing in developed countries.

Anytime one looks at her Instagram timeline, Hollywood-level-esque photographs and video footage mostly lay bare her incomparable beauty, physique and charisma in a psychological trick to actually have you believe that she looks 24 years old and nothing close to her real age of 39.
