Size 8: I Ran Away From DJ Mo [VIDEO]

Gospel singer Linet Munyali alias Size 8 Reborn has confirmed that she left the matrimonial home she shared with Samuel Muraya, alias DJ Mo.

Speaking in a YouTube video on Wednesday, August 31, Size 8 revealed that she was angry at DJ Mo and had to give herself some space to calm down.

The purpose of this was to avoid a scenario whereby the couple exchanged bitter words with each other to the point of treating each other badly.

“I ran, I just needed some space to breathe and talk to God because I believe when my emotions are so high and we are under the same roof, we will talk angrily at each other or even treat each other badly.

"So I had to go and I left,” she said, with the couple responding to media speculation that they had broken up.

On his part, DJ Mo noted that he returned home to find an empty house, indicating that things were not well on their end, despite being grateful that their issues were not immediately known.

“When I went home around 10-11 pm, I found the house empty. But one thing we know for sure is that we knew no one knew," he said.

The Mateke hitmaker, however, added that she did not leave for 'a small reason' but DJ Mo apologized and they solved their issues amicably. The couple has also sought guidance from the clergy who advised them on how best to resolve their issues.

Media reports had revealed that the couple parted ways, with Size 8 alleged to have moved out of their matrimonial home with her children. They had friction with each other which was revealed to have lasted a while.

The couple who in 2020 shared on YouTube some of their marital issues via their 20-minute segment ‘Dine with the Murayas,’ were joined by another couple to discuss matters of sex while in the institution of marriage.

In the discussion, Size 8 noted that she was not getting enough sex from her husband; pointing out that her husband was too busy to meet her needs.

She said, “Babe ninasema, hauwezi unafanya job mpaka haunifanyii job (Babe I'm telling you, you can't say you're too busy at work to have sex with me)."
