How Smirnoff Concert Featuring Khaligraph Jones, Femi One Went Down [PHOTOS]

Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL) through its Smirnoff Ready To Drink (RTD) brand regaled thousands of music and fashion fans with an exhilarating weekend of top acts at the Absa grounds along Thika Road on Saturday, September 24.

Taking it a notch higher from the last Smirnoff Unleash your Edge Fiesta, the third edition of the event thrilled revellers with top-tier performances from the local hip-hop crème de la crème Khaligraph Jones, Wakadinali, Femi One and Afropop star Braandy Maina.  

Starting from 2 pm, the crowd was entertained by Deejay Kaneda, DJ Grauchi, Amapiano DJ Karaoski, MC Gudah Man and new wave dancing crew of Art in Motion.

Fashion icons Studio 18 and Samatha Nyakoe kept the crowd glam with edgy streetwear fashion expressive of the brand’s ambition.  

Speaking during the event, KBL Smirnoff Brand Manager Brigid Wambua said, “Simply, Flavour with Edge is Smirnoff’s way of celebrating people and their edginess, through edutainment events, while letting Smirnoff RTD consumers discover the alternative to ordinary by creating flavour drinking experiences that are effortless, yet mischievous and distinctive.” 

Through its series of Flavour with Edge Fiesta events, the Campaign is a sequel to the Unleash your Edge Campaign that was launched earlier this year. It is targeted at Generation Z which is all about music, fashion and great vibes.  

To get a ticket, customers simply bought a bottle of Smirnoff Vodka Flavours, a six-pack of Guarana or Black Ice from ke.thebar.com, Glovo, Chupa Chap, Naivas and Quickmart stores.  

Smirnoff RTD is a delicious and refreshing taste with the ability to add intensity (variety and new experiences) to occasions.
